我院将于2017年暑期派送学生参加加拿大维多利亚大学（University of Victoria）商学院暑期国际商务管理项目（International Summer Institute for Business Management ，ISIBM），以及研究生暑期项目（Summer Graduate Business Studies），具体介绍如下。

维多利亚大学是加拿大最好的综合性大学之一，建立于1963年，位于卑诗省的省会维多利亚市，在北美及全世界都享有很高的声誉。维多利亚大学以其优美的学习环境，一流的研究，和激发性的教学风格得到了广泛认可。

今年是暑期国际商务管理项目现已有开办第19年。项目开办以来招收过来自世界不同国家的大学生超过3000余人。中国地区参加过商学院暑期项目的学生也已超过500余人。学院的暑期国际商务管理项目不仅可以充实学生们的暑假生活，并且提供给学生们一次体验国际化和不同文化背景互动的学习和生活的过程。

 我校与加拿大维多利亚大学开展了本科2+2联合培养项目，每年9月派出本科大三学生赴加交流学习。加拿大维多利亚大学侧重培养学生的职业发展和就业能力，维多利亚大学是加拿大第三大有半工半读“合作教育”(Co-op Education Program)项目的大学。Co-op项目每年在全球40多个国家设有3,000多个实习岗位，涉及40多个专业。有意参加该校本科生2+2联合培养项目的学生可以利用这个暑期项目的机会去体验加拿大维多利亚大学的教学和人文环境。

项目一：International Summer Institute for Business Management，ISIBM
项目要求：
1.选派对象：经管学院在校本科生

2.交流时间：3周，2017年8月 1日-8月20日（该项目分为七月开班项目和八月开班项目 ，我院学生只能申请八月开班项目）

3.课程内容：

Module 1: Business Communications – the focus is on oral presentation as well as written and non-verbal communication.

Module 2: Business Management – there are three components in this module to help students develop a fundamental understanding of the skills and tools necessary to succeed in today’s global marketplace through the three steps of business growth

-Start the business (Entrepreneurship)

-Ensure success (Service management)

-Grow the business (International Business)
4.费用：4350加拿大币+税（包括项目费、住宿、餐费、项目内活动）

项目二：Summer Graduate Business Studies

1.选派对象：经管学院在校研究生

2.交流时间：4周，2017年6月26日-7月21日

3.课程内容：

Program Content

-Global Strategy – Develop an understanding of doing business in a global environment.

-Cross-Cultural Management - Understand the complexity and dynamics of doing business across national borders.

-Social Entrepreneurship - Following a two-day on-campus introduction, students will make field visits to a variety of social enterprises in the Victoria/Vancouver area, and wrap up with a team-based project that requires students to apply what they've learned through the analysis of a social enterprise case.

4.费用：5000加拿大币+税（包括项目费、住宿、餐费、项目内活动）
5.报名截止日期：2017年4月7日15：00

 

 顺利完成项目要求者将获得维多利亚大学授予的结业证书。该项目由学院统一组织报名，请有意向的同学填写附件中的北京交通大学经济管理学院学生赴境外交流申请表（本科生请辅导员签字，研究生请导师签字），并于报名截止日期前交到思东509国际交流中心。
